This is a photo of our team that just got back from TLC’x Ultimate Cake Off. It was filmed in California.
I was honored to be selected to be on Amelia’s team (she is the one next to the sign on the right), and was even MORE excited to be asked to be her Lead Assistant. What an honor!
Filming the show was so much fun! The judges were amazing! Actually the whole thing was a fantastic experience and one that I hope to repeat.

I watched your show last night! It was awesome!! I loved the cake you made. I totally think it should have won. You guys were great! I loved the part where you were talking to Amelia about the difficulties you were having with the cake. You were so collected and sensible, I thought to myself “that is so Paula”! Awesome job!
