Elk Head cake

This is elk head was modeled free hand out of modeling chocolate, then painted with food colorings.

The cake is covered in “camo” fondant, which was designed to look like the specialty camo that hunters wear.   There are also fondant leaves scattered on it.

My husband was critical in this cake, as I have never seen an elk in real life.  Thanks, Scott!
